1. Shipping Information

We deliver orders across the Netherlands. Our goal is to prepare and send your order as quickly as possible, so you can enjoy your favourite Greek products at home.

  1. Shipping Costs

For standard home delivery, the shipping cost is €4.95 per order.

For delivery to a DHL pickup point, the shipping cost is €3.95 per order. When this option is selected, your parcel will be delivered to a DHL pickup point close to your delivery address, where possible.

  1. Order Processing

All orders are prepared and sent on the same day the order is placed, except on Sundays.

Orders placed on Sunday will be processed and sent on the next available shipping day.

  1. Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 1–2 working days after they have been sent.

Please note that delivery times may sometimes vary due to busy periods, public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

  1. Tracking Your Parcel

After placing your order, you will first receive an automatic order confirmation email.

Once your parcel has been prepared and handed over for delivery, we will send you a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your parcel and check the latest delivery updates.

  1. DHL Pickup Point Delivery

If you choose delivery to a DHL pickup point, your parcel will be sent to a nearby DHL service point close to your delivery address, where possible.

You will receive tracking information so you can see when your parcel is ready for pickup.

  1. Incorrect Delivery Details

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct before placing your order.

If the delivery details are incorrect or incomplete, this may cause delays or failed delivery. If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
