Why can’t I see my discount on my order details after I add a treat on the Grab & Go page?
You can only see your student discount before the payment, where the total amount of your order is displayed.
Do I need to re-activate the discount every time I shop?
No, once your discount is activated, it remains active on your account until your student ID expires.
Can I share my student discount with others?
The student discount is non-transferable and can only be used by the student whose name is on the ID.
What if I forget my student ID?
The discount can only be applied if you present your valid student ID at the time of purchase.
Can I combine the student discount with other discounts or promotions?
The student discount cannot be combined with other offers, sales, or discounts.
How long does the student discount last?
Until the expiration date of your student ID.
Where can I use the student discount?
In-store and for orders placed through our Grab&Go service for pick-up.
